FALL PREVENTION workshop

FreeSeptember is Fall Prevention Month and we are providing a free fall prevention workshop to the members in our community!
Come and join us for free if you’ve been having frequent falls. At this workshop, physical therapist will discuss the common cause of balance problems and series of tests to identify weak areas that could be causing you to fall.
We can even predict if you’re going to fall at any time in the next 6 months.
This is perfect for you or any loved one who you worry might hurt themselves by falling in the near future.
