Levy Lecture Series: Relationships and Intimacy During COVID with Jeffrey Albaugh

We are all hardwired for connectedness with other human beings. Love and belonging is a basic human need. The COVID-19 pandemic increased isolation, depression and anxiety for many people and impacted our relationships with others. The very thing we desire most: authentic relationships with others, is the very thing we are most frightened by. This lecture will explore some of the challenges to having authentic relationships, given the pandemic, while exploring how each of us can be brave enough to step fully into authentic relationships with other people.
