McGaw YMCA Indoor Triathlon

Challenge yourself to reach the next level with the Y’s Indoor Triathlon on Sunday, March 12!

The McGaw Y Indoor Triathlon offers a spin on the traditional triathlon. Participants will compete based upon distance completed in the allotted time:

* 10-minute swim
* 20-minute bike
* 15-minute run

This is a perfect opportunity for beginners, weekend warriors, and those preparing for outdoor triathlon season!

DATE: Sunday, March 12

LOCATION: McGaw YMCA, 1000 Grove Street, Evanston, IL 60201

AGE GROUPS: Adults 18+; Youth ages 11-17

TIMES: Adults: 60-minute waves between 8:00 a.m. – 11:15 a.m.
Youth 60-minute waves at 12:00 p.m., 12:15 p.m., or 12:30 p.m.

FACILITIES: 6-Lane Pool (approx. 80 degrees), Keiser indoor bikes, treadmills

Prizes will be awarded for multiple ages and recreational divisions.

Register early to secure your preferred wave start time!

Fee: $35.00 (non-refundable)
Registration is required and limited to the first 60 participants who register by February 26.
Participants that register by Sunday, February 19 will receive a t-shirt.

This event is open to McGaw Y members and community participants ages 11+. Not yet a McGaw YMCA member? Enjoy a free 5-day pass to the McGaw Y to experience the facilities and equipment in advance of race day.
