North Shore Chamber Orchestra Concert

The upcoming concert of the North Shore Chamber Orchestra will feature the music of Schubert, Vivaldi, and Delius, with soloists drawn from within the Orchestra’s ranks. It will be performed at the Orchestra’s long-time home, the Unitarian Church of Evanston, under the baton of Maestro Anatol Lysenka, and will be a chance to hear Schubert’s rarely performed, Haydnesque, First Symphony, as well as Delius’s poetic and evocative “On Hearing the First Cuckoo of Spring.”

F. Schubert: Symphony No. 1
A. Vivaldi: Concerto for Oboe & Bassoon in G Major
F. Delius: Two Pieces for Small Orchestra
Admission is $15, with those aged 18 and under admitted free.
Special rate of $10 for groups of ten or more.
