Virtual Joint 3rd & 9th Ward Meeting: South/Hinman Development Update

Councilmembers Wynne and Geracaris invite you to join your neighbors for a virtual joint 3rd & 9th Ward meeting on Wed., Sept. 21, at 6 p.m. to discuss the status of the proposed mixed-income housing development process for the City-owned parking lot and the Housing Authority of Cook County (HACC) properties at South Boulevard and Hinman Avenue. Representatives from PIRHL (the selected developer), along with City and HACC staff, will be available to answer project-specific questions, outline the future zoning and permit processes, and lay out future opportunities to provide feedback. This will be the first of several opportunities for community input.
