The Healthy Relationships Promotores program is an 8-week session that will meet once a week for educational presentations on topics such as domestic violence, legal advocacy for survivors, workshops, etc.
There are two requirements to participate:
• Born outside of the United States (regardless of your current status)
• Be directly or indirectly a survivor of domestic violence.
The program will be held from 9/28/22 to 11/16/22, meeting on Wednesdays between 10am and 1pm at YWCA Evanston/North Shore. There is childcare available.
Participants who complete the program will receive a $500 stipend in November.
Our current program is only available to Spanish speakers.

El programa Healthy Relationships Promotores es una sesión de 8 semanas que se reunirá una vez a la semana para recibir presentaciones educativas sobre temas como violencia doméstica, defensa legal para sobrevivientes, talleres, etc.
Hay dos requisitos para participar:
• Nacer fuera de los Estados Unidos (independientemente de su estado actual)
• Ser indirecta o directamente un sobreviviente de violencia doméstica.
El programa se llevará a cabo del 9/28/22 al 16/11/22, y nos reuniremos los miércoles entre las 10 am y la 1 pm en YWCA Evanston / North Shore. Hay guardería disponible.
