(Evanston, Ill.) The Youth Job Center of Evanston staff has been selected to conduct a presentation at: The 2010 NAWDP Youth Development Symposium – “Making the Transition to a Successful Future”, which will be held on November 8-10 at the Sheraton Hotels & Towers in Chicago, Illinois. There will be more than 1500 people from throughout the United States attending this conference.

The NAWDP is dedicated to enhancing the professionalism of the field and developing the professional skills of practitioners. It’s to be the national voice for the profession and meet the individual professional development needs of the membership.

“I’m really excited to present our program to NAWDP members and network with other job development professionals!” says Employer Outreach Coordinator Jordan Burghardt. “It is a great honor to be selected to present at this year’s NAWDP Youth Symposium national conference,” says OOSY Program Coordinator Molly Verble. “I have attended the conference for the past 4 years and gained a lot from the workshops and speakers. It will be great the YJC staff to share innovative programming ideas to workforce professionals from all across the country. We are looking forward to it! “
